You will largely be in charge of creating the first experience of each hotel guest, so come prepared with your 'A' game and a friendly smile. Our Guest Service Representatives are responsible for checking guests into and out of the hotel in an accurate, speedy, and courteous manner, handling all payments received via cash, credit cards, checks, or traveler’s checks, and balancing and verifying all monetary transactions in the appropriate accounts. You will ensure that all hotel keys are distributed to the appropriate parties, guest privacy is maintained, and maintain all documentation regarding room registration, changes, charges, credit card transactions, customer service, and maintenance issues by performing the following duties.
