Responsibilities
- Perform night audit functions, including balancing daily transactions and preparing financial reports.
- Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
- Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions using hotel management software.
- Handle phone systems efficiently, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while assisting guests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services or hotel management is preferred.
- Familiarity with night audit processes is a plus.
- Multilingual abilities are highly regarded to enhance guest relations.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with guests.
