What are the responsibilities and job description for the Treasury Analyst position at Fairview Health Services?
The Treasury Analyst provides analytical support related to the cash management and treasury operations activities of the organization. This position will work with corporate and subsidiary personnel to ensure that Fairview maintains an appropriate cash position and assist with Treasury integration projects.
Responsibilities Job Description
Provide primary or back-up:
o Access, process and reconcile prior-day and intra-day reporting
o Timely and accurate cash positioning and overnight investment decisioning
o Facilitate opening and closing of accounts; maintain account database; facilitate signatory addition, deletion, and other changes
o Facilitate addition, deletion, and changes to users and user entitlements; manage user, service, and company limits
o Update reporting for daily cash position and weekly actuals.
o Facilitate addition, deletion, and changes to users and user entitlements; investigate and resolve file and user issues
o Monitor and resolve fraud filter items, A/P bank account verifications, payer website access security oversight
o Manage group email address rules and routing; EFT initiation and maintenance; PS Request Forms
o Non-patient general ledger, virtual credit cards, virtual/desktop deposits, deposit adjustments; lockbox rejections payment processing
o Manage route locations and services, billing review and disputes for Armored Car/Courier services
o Project coordination and implementation, including but not limited to new POS locations, bank changes, merchant account changes
o Process bank fee and merchant account analysis statements to identify cost increases for management review
o Onsite internal lockbox-related duties, to include processing
• Incoming mail
• Virtual credit cards, virtual/desktop deposits, deposit adjustments
• Lockbox rejections payment processing
Qualifications
Required
Education:
• Associate degree or equivalent Treasury experience
Experience
• 1-2 years of treasury, finance, accounting or related healthcare experience
Preferred
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
Experience
• 2-3 years of treasury, finance, accounting or related healthcare experience
License/Certification/Registration
CTP or in process of working towards that designation
