Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator

Location: Skilled Rehabilitation Nursing Home

Summary: The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for coordinating patient appointments and schedules at the skilled rehabilitation nursing home. This includes working with patients, their families, and healthcare providers to ensure that all necessary appointments and treatments are scheduled in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient appointments and schedules at the skilled rehabilitation nursing home
• Work with patients, their families, and healthcare providers to ensure that all necessary appointments and treatments are scheduled
• Communicate with patients and their families to confirm appointments and provide any necessary information or instructions
• Maintain up-to-date patient schedules and appointment information in the electronic health records system
• Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to scheduling and appointment management
• Collaborate with the nursing home's interdisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care

Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field
• 1 years of experience in scheduling and appointment management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with computers and electronic health records systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $13.20 - $36.61 per hour
