Fairway Lawns of Knoxville is seeking a Pest Control Technician who enjoys diagnosing and resolving a variety of pest, termite, and rodent problems. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for helping customers, understands the importance of environmentally responsible pest and termite treatments, and wants to expand their knowledge in our industry.

What You'll Do:
- Treat outdoor and indoor areas such as crawl spaces and attics for pest, termite and rodent problems.
- Provide unmatched customer service by communicating with the customer in a professional manner about their service.
- Make recommendations for customers' pest treatment solutions and plans.
- Identify solutions for common and complex pest control issues and play an active role in the implementation and solution.
- Use environmentally responsible pesticide products and follow proper application guidelines.
- Drive an assigned route using a company vehicle.
- Maintain company vehicles including cleanliness, submitting requests for routine maintenance to the fleet department.
What We Need from You:
- 1 year of experience in pest control preferred .
- The ability to obtain a Registered Pest Technician license is required.
- Knowledge of entomology and/or pest identification, elimination, and prevention preferred.
- Must be able to work with and around bugs, rodents, and pest-related products.
- Prior experience running routes in a service-based industry strongly preferred.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, with or without any accommodation.
- Flexibility to work Saturday hours on an as-needed basis to meet production goals.
- Must possess ability to learn and communicate technical, industry-related data pertaining to safety standards, and pest prevention and elimination products.
