SOME OF WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support the design process for assigned category, from concept to final product.
- Maintain all style and design information in Centric PLM.
- Collaborate with the sales, senior design, and merchandising teams to conceptualize and develop new product ideas.
- Create design presentations and product specs for new product lines using the PLM system.
- Research and stay up-to-date on trends in the industry.
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for products using the PLM system.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure that products are manufactured to specification.
- Participate in fit sessions to ensure that products meet design and quality standards.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as fashion design, textiles, or product design.
- 4 years of experience in design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with PLM systems is a must for this role.
- Experience in the mass market and licensed brands is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio of relevant design work is required.
