**Must be available to work at least 3 weekday afternoon shifts between 3:30-7:00PM and some Saturdays.
**Additional evening and day time hours are available for those available and interested!

Introduction:
Behavior Technicians at Family Behavioral Health Inc. directly work with our clients and families in home, community and center based settings. Utilizing training provided both at time of hire and on an ongoing basis, our Behavior Technicians implement and collect data on individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans with our clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Behavior Technicians Sessions typically last 2-5 hours in duration and primarily take place after school hours in the client's home.
Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s license
- Your own reliable transportation
- Employee may be expected to travel up to 30 minutes from headquarters to provide services to clients
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment with colleagues and supervisors
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Communicates well in both verbal and written forms
This position is referred to as behavioral technician, behavior therapist, registered behavior technician, RBT, board certified autism therapist, behavior treatment technician, ABA tutor, autism instructor and behavior interventionist.
