Responsibilities include:

  • Perform efficient and accurate procedures to help maintain doctor's schedule and patient flow
  • Assist the doctors with all dental procedures
  • Partner with the team to create an exceptional experience for each patient
  • Review patient chart prior to doctor arrival and log appropriate patient data during exam and treatment as well as transcribe doctor notes in patient chart
  • Verify patient health history and document appropriately in patient's chart
  • Discussing diagnosed treatment with the patient
  • Promote and market the company's services and doctors to patients as well as educate patients
  • Address patient's questions and/or concerns

Support duties as needed:

  • Addressing patients with a welcoming and genuinely appreciative demeanor
  • Positively answering phone calls and making patient appointments
  • Coordinating and scheduling diagnosed treatment with a patient

This position requires an individual who:

  • Is outgoing and friendly
  • Can multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Is self-motivated and driven for team success
  • Honors and appreciates a professional team atmosphere
  • Has experience in a professional environment with direct patient contact
  • Learns quickly and accepts constructive feedback
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs as required
  • Current radiography and Dental Assistant certification as required by state

This is a full-time position averaging 32 hours per week (extended hours required)
