What will you be doing as a Technician with Family Entertainment Group?
- Providing excellent guest service
- Troubleshooting and repairing arcade games and attractions
- Ordering parts to repair games and attractions and receiving parts orders
- Maintaining an accurate inventory of parts, tools, and equipment
- Performing preventative maintenance
- Performing routine inspections on equipment
- Assembling new pieces of equipment
- Acting with a sense of urgency to keep all games and attractions operational
- Using creativity and problem-solving skills to find solutions to complex problems
- Assisting in other departments when called upon to do so

The ideal candidate has:
- A background in arcade game and attraction maintenance or experience working with similar equipment in related industries such as casinos, bowling alleys, etc.
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical issues
- Experience assembling and disassembling mechanical components
- Ability to follow directions closely and accurately
- Experience with electrical soldering
- Ability to use a multi-meter
- Ability to inventory a wide range of tools and maintain an organized work area
- Basic computer skills
- A willingness to learn new things. The ideal candidate would be highly coachable
