Competitive salary starting from $130,000 to $200,000 , based on experience, along with performance-driven bonuses tied to billable hours, client acquisition, and profit sharing.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in full-service family law representation, including representation in both pre-decree and post-decree domestic relations matters
  • Conduct discovery and high-level legal research when needed, draft and review complex court filings, conduct pretrial hearings and conferences, motions hearings, mediations, depositions, and final orders hearings
  • Devise and implement strategies to reach client goals and manage client expectations
  • Manage client matters independently from beginning to end
  • Provide high-level production support on a range of family law cases

    • Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate should have at least two years of proven experience assisting clients with their family law matters in Colorado successfully.
  • Previous practice in family law within Colorado is a requirement for this position.
  • Extensive familiarity and hands-on experience with intricate family law cases, particularly those involving business interests, executive compensation, and complex financial issues, are essential.
  • The candidate must be capable of handling a caseload of a minimum of 20 active cases and meeting billable hour targets.
  • Personal attributes such as character, intelligence, integrity, and professional decorum are highly valued.
  • Continuous professional development, participation in legal education courses, and self-awareness of knowledge gaps are encouraged.
  • Advocacy for diversity and inclusivity in the workplace is a core value for the applicant.
  • Demonstrating a commitment to maintaining a healthy work-life balance while meeting job requirements is crucial.
