Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using OpenTable or other ordering systems
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and kitchen equipment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns.
- Stay informed about menu items, specials, and promotions to provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables during busy shifts.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining a safe dining environment.
- Experience in a nightclub or high-energy culinary setting is advantageous but not mandatory. 8
