Family Preservation Community Services (FPCS) was founded in 1997. FPCS provides a variety of social services and therapies to children, adults, and families. We are located in North Carolina and South Carolina and have a long history of providing quality foster care and therapy in our market.
Family Preservation Community Services seeks a foster home case manager.
Responsibilties include personal caseload duties as noted:
- Provides supervised visits and family therapeutic interventions, as outlined in the treatment plan.
- Implements Permanency Planning, including discharge plans, as assigned by the Treatment Team within established time frames.
- Participates in school and State staffing for children assigned to caseload
- .Rotates on call with other staff
- Company car provided for travel to foster homes.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years POST bachelor's experience in social services
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,600.00 - $42,000.00 per year
