Position Details:
- Location: Northern Kentucky
- Employment Type: full-time or part-time positions
- Requirements: Must reside in the Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati area or be willing to reliably commute to Northern Kentucky.
- Sign-on Bonus: $3K-5K
- Salary Option: Salary positions available - Base pay starting at $55K (plus therapist quarterly productivity bonus program for full-time employees)
- Hourly Option: Hourly options available: $40–$65 per billable hour plus administrative pay (eligible for weekly productivity bonuses)

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated SCHOOL BASED THERAPIST to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide counseling services to individuals dealing with various mental health challenges. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment and make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Duties
- Conduct individual, family, group counseling sessions with clients virtually, in-person at the office, school settings
- Implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
- Provide counseling for issues such as grief, chronic pain, gender identity, and other mental health concerns
- Utilize therapeutic techniques CBT, DBT, etc.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Stay updated on current research and best practices in mental health therapy
Skills
- This position requires a master's degree and an active license to practice in the state of Kentucky and the license must be in good standing to practice
- Must have at least 1 year of mental health experience in a clinical setting
- Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and great communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field
- Candidates should have clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP etc.)
- Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in the use of GSUITES and Electronic Health Record systems
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
