• Customer Service. Greet customers warmly to create a welcoming environment and build rapport with customers to understand their preferences. Provide personalized assistance throughout the customers shopping experience and address product-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Product Knowledge and Merchandising. Maintain a strong knowledge of products, features, and promotions to effectively communicate and drive sales.
• Store Presentation. Ensure that store aisles and product displays are clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Follow Policies. Follow all Famous Footwear policies and procedures, performing other duties as assigned.
