Position
Produce Agency Vetter : bilingual, detail oriented, team-player sought for busy warehouse environment. Must have excellent communication skills, advanced computer skills.
Primary Job Responsibilities include:
· Scheduling agency inspections for produce programs at Farm Share.
· Working with the Facility Manager and USDA TEFAP Programs Director to facilitate communications with other areas/sites regarding produce programs.
· Help to maintaining a database of all Farm Share produce agencies, including historical distribution statistics.
· Obtaining and filing all agency supporting documentation.
· Maintaining Monthly reports to the USDA TEFAP Programs Director re: monthly progress.
· Scheduling initial and follow up agency site visits for the produce distribution programs at Farm Share.
· Reporting agency compliance issues to USDA TEFAP Programs Director in a timely fashion.
· Educating all agencies regarding required support documentation .
· Submitting updated agency status reports to the USDA TEFAP Programs Director in a timely fashion.
· Answer multiple phone lines.
· Direct caller to appropriate area/individual
· Take detailed messages and ensure appropriate individual receives messages in a timely manner.
· Greet customers and others visiting company facilities, directing to appropriate individual or area.
· Provide visitors with appropriate safety information.
· Assist with scanning & faxing.
· Perform variety of clerical duties to assist others as needed.
· Maintain a clean and safe work area(s).
Skills/Qualification Requirements:
· Valid Florida Driver’s License.
· High School Diploma
· Exceptional interpersonal skills.
· Exceptional phone etiquette and skills.
· Experience managing multi-line phone system.
· Professional English & Spanish grammar and language skills.
· Advanced computer skills (Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Internet).
