Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of bankruptcy laws, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of successfully representing clients in bankruptcy cases. This role requires a deep understanding of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and proficiency in handling cases in the Western District of Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities:

· Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings, including Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 filings.

· Provide legal advice and strategic guidance on bankruptcy-related matters.

· Draft, review, and file necessary bankruptcy documentation and pleadings.

· Negotiate and litigate on behalf of clients in bankruptcy court.

· Stay current with developments in bankruptcy law and court rulings.

· Manage a diverse caseload while maintaining a high standard of client service.

Qualifications:

· Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

· Licensed to practice law in the state of Tennessee and in good standing.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in bankruptcy law.

· Extensive experience handling bankruptcy cases in the Eastern District of Tennessee.

· Ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively under pressure.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

· Membership in relevant professional associations and bankruptcy law groups.
