Job Summary
The Executive Assistant to the Chief Credit Officer (CCO) provides administrative support along with exceptional quality customer service. Performs a wide range of office management duties including but not limited to scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls; maintains department files and CCO’s sponsorship and committee membership files, assists in planning company events and luncheons. Acts as a liaison between the CCO and Regional Relationship Managers, works closely with the Process Solutions Manager to assist in the administration of lending related activities. Prepares Minutes for various meetings, render personalized service for top customers, proofread correspondence, memos, reports, and PR communications; coordinate internal and external speaking engagements; and coordinates travel arrangements. The Executive Assistant position requires strong planning and problem solving skills and readily adapts to change, works independently, is able to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Essential Duties
- Coordinates preparation, scheduling and meeting minutes for various Credit Administration related meetings including but not limited to Large Borrower Meeting, Portfolio Action Items, Credit Admin Committee, CRE & Loan Portfolio Concentration Committee, etc.
- Answer incoming calls; take and deliver accurate messages
- Schedule internal and external meetings/confirm appointments
- Write, edit, proofread, and publish all correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Records maintenance related to CCO involvement in sponsorships, board committee membership, CRA service hours, etc.
- Relay communications effectively between Branch/Department Officers and the CCO
- Supports the Process Solutions Manager with maintaining resources available on the Credit Admin intranet site
- Handles office maintenance requests and supply orders
- Ensure compliance with federal & state, internal regulations and bank security guidelines and procedures
Complies with all State and Federal Banking regulatory requirements, including but not limited to: BSA, Anti-Money Laundering OFAC, CIP, Financial Elder Abuse Reporting, Sexual Harassment, Information Security and privacy requirements. This position will elevate suspicious activity to supervisory staff and/or BSA department. Completes compliance and other technical training workshops as assigned.

- Notary Commission
- Preferred candidate must have 2 – 3 years of secretarial experience
