Position Responsibilities:
A teller is often the customer’s first point of contact with the bank, so prompt, friendly, efficient, and accurate handling of transactions is essential! This is a full-time position, primarily for the drive-up downtown, and filling in at Center St. The schedule varies within the hours of 7:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday, 7:45 – 5:30 Friday, and a Saturday rotation 7:45 – 12:00.
Experience / Skills / Education:
o Cash handling experience (bank teller, grocery or retail checkout, etc.)
o The desire to work with customers
o Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word/Excel or similar software
o Proficiency in verbal and written English
o Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
o The ability to speak/interpret Spanish is a plus.
Requirements:
o Must be able to work within the schedule stated above and have transportation to travel to another location in town..
o Requires the physical ability to see, hear, and talk with customers at the drive-up.
