Are you a data-driven, creative marketer who thrives on optimizing digital advertising campaigns to drive measurable results? Do you have a passion for e-commerce and the desire to make a direct impact on brand growth? If so, we want you to join our team as the Campaign Ads Manager at Farmgirl Flowers, a direct-to-consumer floral e-commerce brand that’s redefining how we connect through flowers.

About Us

At Farmgirl Flowers, we’re not just selling flowers - we’re creating memorable experiences for our customers. We take pride in our arrangements and the personal touch we strive to provide to each and every order. We’re seeking a Campaign Ads Manager who shares this commitment to excellence and is eager to help drive our growth through strategic marketing, maximize the lifespan and impact of our content, and find new ways to reach customers (and potential customers).

About The Role

As the Campaign Ads Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing paid media strategies that will increase our brand presence, drive traffic, and boost conversions. You’ll collaborate closely with the small but mighty marketing team to launch digital campaigns across multiple channels, optimize for ROI, and analyze campaign performance. This is a hands-on role where not just your expertise but your actual doing of the work will directly impact the success of our company.

Your primary responsibility will be managing all aspects of our paid media campaigns—from strategy and execution to ongoing optimization and reporting. You’ll work in tandem with internal teams to develop creative, manage budgets, and continuously improve the performance of our ad strategies. In this role, you’ll be excited to both craft the strategy and execute the ads yourself—not just oversee others!

Cross-collaboration and an evergreen curiosity about the why and how of our product (e.g., why 92% of women’s favorite flowers are peonies and how this informs a strong campaign and drives conversion) are essential for the success of this role.

What You’ll Do

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, manage, and execute paid media campaigns across platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  • Optimize for Performance: Continuously monitor, test, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs, including conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Leverage data and analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and provide actionable insights to the marketing and leadership teams.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the content and design teams to develop compelling creatives that align with marketing strategies and resonate with our audience.
  • Budget Management: Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spending across channels and consistent tracking of performance metrics.
  • Experimentation & Testing: Conduct A/B tests and iterate on campaigns to refine messaging, creatives, and audience targeting.
  • Stay Current: Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our advertising strategies remain fresh and competitive.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with a focus on e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to extract insights from data to optimize campaigns.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Heap, and others.
  • A positive and creative mindset with a passion for testing, optimizing, and thinking outside of the box regarding paid media strategies.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with teams.
  • A results-driven attitude with a focus on growth and performance.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and stay ahead of digital marketing trends.

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • You’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact at a small company where your work truly matters.
  • We value resourcefulness, hard work, and positivity as much as efficiency and results.
  • You’ll work with a team that’s passionate about delivering joy and committed to doing things differently.
  • We believe in celebrating wins, growing responsibly, and finding joy in the journey.
