Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the housekeeping operations of the Mall, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including managing staff, scheduling, and assigning tasks.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning and maintenance procedures to ensure the cleanliness and safety of all guest rooms and public areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of restrooms and public food areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are in good condition and properly stored.
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as necessary.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of housekeeping operations.
- Work closely with other departments, including maintenance and security, to ensure seamless operations of the Mall.
- Monitor and report on housekeeping performance metrics, including customer feedback, restroom cleanliness, and staff productivity.
- Implement sustainable and environmentally responsible practices in housekeeping operations.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion in all interactions with customers and co-workers.

Requirements

- Proven experience in a housekeeping management role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, products, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with 4 years Management skills at one job.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with updated software.
- Experience with floor care and industrial cleaning methods.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a vehicle when necessary.
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and push cleaning supplies and equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
