Certs: BSN, ACLS and Staff Development cert. MSN in Advanced Nursing Practice preferred Minimum of five years of oncology nursing experience Minimum of one year of managerial nursing experience - OCN Certification, Chemotherapy & Biotherapy certification - 24-hour accountability for the operational management of designated units. - Provides oversight of staffing schedules, resource allocation, and payroll for the infusion center, radiation oncology, and patient support services. Ensures accuracy of patient orders across all departments. - Drives patient experience and service recovery, including daily rounding and patient call backs. - Providing compassionate and culturally sensitive care to a diverse patient population is paramount. - Actively participate in patient care delivery as needed, such as during staffing shortages or emergencies, to ensure continuity of care and support the oncology team.
