The Sr. ERP Applications Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the development and management of the ERP System, Quantum, aligning it with business goals and user needs. This position requires a blend of product management, technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and quality assurance. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision and strategy, manage complex data requirements, troubleshoot database issues, and ensure continuous improvement. Proficiency in SQL and database management, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills, are essential for driving the success of the ERP system.
Responsibilities :
- Process Pos out of Quantum for Adhoc, LTA, and replenishment needs
- Oversee the design, development, and management of the ERP System (Quantum)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and interpret business requirements and define product vision and strategy
- Ensure system architecture supports scalability and performance
- Utilize strong SQL and database management skills to guide technical direction
- Develop and oversee integration of ERP systems with other applications
- Analyze complex data requirements to design efficient database solutions
- Ensure thorough testing and quality assurance of systems
- Create and maintain detailed documentation
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ERP systems
- Implement change management strategies for smooth system updates
- Manage user provisioning and access control to safeguard system integrity
- Ensure compliance with information security protocols
- Stay updated with trends to foster continuous improvement and innovation
