Reporting to COO, Constructive Renovations, this role is responsible for completing and submitting accurate home renovation bids to potential customers. This position collaborates with team members to assess properties, estimate repair costs, and determine suitable renovation options based on homeowner needs and budgets. Responsibilities include preparing detailed cost estimates, managing project budgets, and facilitating competitive bids. The position also involves coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, overseeing pricing and material selections, and ensuring quality control throughout the renovation process while maintaining effective communication with clients.
Additionally, the role is responsible for meeting defined sales targets, selling and upselling services and products that enhance renovations. This position involves closing sales by securing signed contracts and deposits and ensuring that all homeowner expectations are documented and fulfilled.
What you will do for Constructive Renovations:
- High School Diploma/GED, required
- Bachelor’s degree in Constructive Management, Engineering or related field preferred
- Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or similar certification preferred
- 2 years’ experience in single-family residence construction estimation, including scope of work, materials, labor costs and timelines
- 1 years' experience in sales, negotiation, and customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and labor costs, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience with construction software or similar programs preferred
- Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to effectively prioritize under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; effective time management for self and team
- Collaborative and consultative work style
- Client-focused with strong execution skills and results orientation
- Strong analytical skills coupled with sound judgment; strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities and propose solutions

What you will bring to Constructive Renovations:
