Position Summary:
FB Society is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Brand Manager to lead and elevate the marketing efforts. This role will oversee all aspects of brand management, digital and traditional marketing, customer engagement, and overall growth strategy for our actively growing concepts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a deep understanding of consumer trends in the food and beverage industry, and a proven track record of driving brand success through innovative marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with our brand vision and business objectives across multiple restaurant concepts.
- Brand Management: Oversee and ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms and locations.
- Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing efforts, including website management, email marketing, social media strategy alongside Content Coordinator, and paid advertising to increase customer engagement and drive foot traffic.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, monitor competitor activities, and stay updated with best practices. Use insights to refine and improve marketing strategies.
- Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with operations, design, and finance teams to align marketing activities with business objectives and revenue goals.
- Public Relations and Community Engagement: Develop relationships with media and influencers, assist with coordinating PR initiatives, and foster community partnerships to enhance brand presence and reputation.
- Local Store Marketing: Identify and activate local marketing opportunities, sponsorships, and grassroots marketing while partnering with restaurant operations to execute sales building promotions.
- Budget Management: Oversee marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation, cost management, and return on investment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience with digital marketing, social media strategy, and brand management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, data analysis, and customer insights.
- Handles and prioritizes multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
