About The Role :
As a Director, Packaging Design at Feastables, you will be at the forefront of our creative leadership team, driving the packaging design strategy that brings our brand to life in the hands of our consumers. This role demands a visionary leader with a keen eye for design, exceptional creative skills, and a passion for crafting unique visual experiences that go beyond sight and into touch and feel. You will lead a team of talented designers, ensuring that all creative outputs align with our brand's ethos and resonate with our audience.

What You'll Be Doing :
- Lead the development and execution of packaging and display design strategies that align with Feastables' brand identity, the MrBeast brand, and the objectives of all internal and external partners
- Oversee all creative projects, from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality design outputs that meet brand standards
- Lead a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Oversee print, OOH, and digital content adaptations, including point-of-sale systems, display graphic systems, and influencer kits
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and consistency across all platforms
- Contribute towards the design and development of packaging, ensuring it is visually appealing, functional, and aligns with our brand's sustainability goals
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging design technologies to continuously innovate and elevate Feastables' visual presence
- Develop and maintain packaging design guidelines to ensure consistency and brand integrity across all visual communications
- Conduct regular design reviews with brand leadership and providing constructive feedback to enhance team performance and project outcomes
