About The Role:

As a Procurement Analyst at Feastables, you will be responsible for proactively collaborating with Procurement team members and key business partners to identify areas of opportunities and be able to translate those needs and present the data in a meaningful way to all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate requires the ability to work in a very tactical environment as well as the ability to think strategically and utilize data to help drive results. This function can span across a diverse portfolio of ingredients, packaging, goods and services, while also having responsibility for delivering quality, service, innovation and cash-flow value.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Partner closely with the Senior Procurement manager on day-to-day execution across procurement activities
• Oversee procure to pay process for respective suppliers including inbound logistics and supporting documents
• Collaborate with the Finance team to perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts to ensure proper and timely payment
• Accurately process and record purchase order receipts in NetSuite to maintain up-to-date inventory and purchasing data, while resolving any discrepancies
• Monitor data quality and make updates as needed to maintain data integrity, ensuring all purchasing activities are reflected accurately in the system
• Assist in preparing and processing end-of-month purchasing reports, including open purchase order analysis, on hand inventory of raw materials and supplier shipment reports.
• Assist in maintaining centralized metrics (KPI's) in scorecard format for Procurement and Supply Chain leadership review, driving business strategy & providing visibility to overall Procurement performance
• Develop tools & dashboards to improve procurement processes supporting sourcing, spend reporting, contract management, and supplier scorecards

Recipe for Success:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or equivalent experience
• 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, with experience in NetSuite highly preferred
• Food/Beverage manufacturing and Consumer Packaged Good experience preferredQuick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges in a fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a ‘self-start’ mentality
• Problem-solver seeking innovative and creative solutions with a consistent focus on details
• Be comfortable with a workday and schedule that isn’t always highly structured or predictable –this is not a ‘punch in, punch out’ role
• Strong analytical skills are a must have
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong sense of urgency and time management
• Must be highly organized
• A leader and a team player: ability to work and make decisions autonomously with appropriate levels of collaboration and engagement with the team to ensure alignment
• Ability to effectively manage workload, meet deadlines and ensuring quality output
• Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time constrained environment
