 We are seeking a motivated, member-focused, target-driven team member to join our Risk and Compliance team as a Senior Risk Analyst.

What You'll Be Doing...

FedChoice is looking for a Senior Risk Analyst who will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, mitigating, and monitoring the Credit Union’s risk and compliance framework. This role supports the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program and Vendor Management by implementing robust practices and policies for risk analysis, reporting, and management in alignment with the Credit Union’s risk framework. The analyst ensures regulatory compliance with applicable regulations while continuously improving business continuity planning, internal controls, and building security measures. 

Requirements

You should have:

· Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field 

· Minimum five to seven years of progressive bank or credit union operations experience

· Knowledge of credit union operations involving risk management, branches, information technology, payments, accounting, lending, and internal investigations

· Knowledge of NCUA regulations and credit union policies/procedures

· Knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management and how to efficiently manage/monitor business risks

Preferred Qualifications:

· Certifications in Enterprise Risk from a reputed Credit Union Association

· Certifications in Compliance from a reputed Credit Union Association 

· Information Technology and internal audit experience helpful.
