Responsibilities:

Works with the project’s Design and Technical Leads, assists in developing the design, implementing the building program, and preparing project documentation appropriate to each phase

Prepares presentation materials to communicate design ideas to the client

Researches manufacturers’ materials and systems

Understands the technical implications of design decisions and contributes to the development and documentation of practical, buildable details
-
Represents the firm well in project meetings and industry events and begins to build a professional network of clients, consultants, and peers
Skills and Credentials:
-
7 – 12 years of experience
-
Dynamic, creative, and detail-oriented
-
Well-organized and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
-
Strong communication and presentation skills and a solid conceptual design aptitude

Very proficient in Revit Architecture with experience in both preliminary design and construction drawings documentation

Knowledge of 3-D modeling and rendering in 3-D modeling software
-
Professional degree in architecture from an accredited program

LEED accreditation preferred

Architectural licensure preferred; candidates on the licensure track may also be considered
