Florida Home-Improvement Associates (FHIA) is hiring a Data Entry specialist earning $15.00 per hour. This is an IN-OFFICE role. The Data entry specialist is responsible for coding of company invoices and submissions, within the purchasing department. Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and ensure proper coding of invoices and submit for approval
- Ensure proper and timely invoice payments
- Accurately maintain files for easy accessibility
- Resolve invoice and payment discrepancies accurately and timely
- Other related tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
- 1 to 2 years data entry experience in a high-volume environment
- Must have exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilitie
- Proficient in Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook
