As a result of continued growth and success, we are lookingfor a Customer Service Representative to join our Sparks, MD team!
Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls, greeting all customers courteously,determining their needs and serve as a customer service point of contact
• Gather required service work order information: Customerinformation such as company name, contact name, address, and phone number;Equipment/unit information; Requested repair, complaint, and/or failure. Gatherdetails such as operating conditions at the time the complaint/failure occurred
• Verify and maintain accurate customer files
• Provideadministrative support to team members as needed and assist in team membersabsence
• Demonstrate apositive attitude and a high level of personal credibility and integrity withcustomers, management, and co-workers
• Attend and participate in all meetings, trainings, andactivities as required
