Field Control Analytics (FCA) is currently searching for a "By Assignment" employee who will work approximately 20-25 hours per week, keying in worker data into our system and issuing worker badges, as well as other administrative functions.
This position will manage issuing workforce badges daily, across two separate project locations, within a 5-mile radius, with mileage reimbursed. Position includes daily interaction with client. Candidates must be punctual, friendly, and engaging. Reliable transportation and a valid state-issued ID is required.

Schedule: 6:00 am to 11:00 am - Monday thru Friday; Hours may slightly change once assigned to a project. Hours may extend past 11:00am. This job cannot be performed remotely.
Job Type: By Assignment - Part-time
Pay Range: $16.00/hour - $17.00/hour
Responsibilities:
- Enter variety of data using current technology
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Create and distribute worker RFID badges
- Review and enter data updates in the systems
- Review discrepancies in data received
- Advise supervisor of issues related to data
- Drug testing, as required by the project
Experience/Requirements:
- Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
- Must have valid transportation to travel between 2 jobsite locations within a 5 mile radius. Mileage reimbursement will be given.
- Excellent typing skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) preferred
