Twin City Staffing is Hiring an In-house Field Service Advisor Near Minneapolis, MN

Location: Brooklyn Park, MN
Wage: $28 - $36 per hour (Depending on Qualifications)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm

- Oversee parts orders and coordinate shipments via FedEx or UPS
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with production team
- Support new client installations and work with strategic partners
- Provide phone coverage during absences and lunch breaks
- Assist outside sales team with equipment-related customer service
- Organize job files and customer records
- Identify system replacement opportunities and collaborate with engineering for enhancements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat for file creation
- Previous field service technician experience is required
- Mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical knowledge is advantageous
