Reports to: SVP Head of Business Intelligence
The Client Support Assistant is an entry level position and the primary functions are to assist the client service and portfolio management teams to meet our clients’ needs, along with providing general office administration assistance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with construction of materials for client meetings, including printing and binding of meeting materials
- Electronic filing of client communications
- Work room organization and maintenance
- Ordering of supplies
- Printer and binding machine maintenance
- Sorting and distribution of mail
- General data entry to support client service and portfolio manager needs
- Mailing monthly client communications
- Creating weekly internal reporting packages to support portfolio managers’ needs
- Receive and distribute facsimiles
- Maintain internal communications lists
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience working in an office environment
- Positive mindset toward team relations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organize time and perform tasks
- Deadline oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Skill in completing assignments accurately with attention to detail
- Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently
