We’re looking for hardworking, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Painting Apprentices and Journeymen Painters. Whether you’re starting your painting career or are an experienced professional, we have a role for you!
Key Responsibilities
Apprentices:
Assist journeymen painters with preparation tasks, including sanding, masking, and priming surfaces.
Learn painting techniques and safety protocols on the job.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow instructions and complete tasks promptly.
Journeymen Painters:
Execute high-quality painting, including brushing, rolling, and spraying.
Perform surface preparation, including patching, sanding, and priming.
Mentor and guide apprentices to help develop their skills.
Communicate with crew leaders to ensure project timelines are met.
Qualifications
Apprentices:
No prior painting experience required; training provided.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders.
Journeymen Painters:
Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience.
Proficiency in residential and/or commercial painting techniques.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to lead and mentor others.
