Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
- Operate the Aloha POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining area, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and monitoring product freshness.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and experience in food handling is preferred.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food preparation techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
