RESPONSIBILITES
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long term relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Achievement: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales target goals. Identify new business opportunities.
- Product Training: Conduct product training sessions and demonstrations to educate customers about the features and benefits of or landscaping products.
- Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential areas for growth.
- Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing product related inquires, issues, and providing solutions in a timely manner.
REQIREMENTS
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the landscaping or related industry. Familiarity with landscaping products and services is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service. Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong organizational skills to handle multiple accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
COMPENSATION
Competitive base salary with commission plan after year one. Benefits package available including Health, Dental, Vision, Life, PTO and 401K.
