Job Type : Full time position
Summary : Developing new business and fostering relationships with existing customers. Underwriting, analyzing financials, creating customized loan packages, and closing commercial loans.

Requirements : Prior experience in a commercial Lending environment
Able to handle the technology and banking software utilized by the bank
Willing to work traditional hours; however, business development may require some evening and weekend events.
Possess strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently, attention to detail, accuracy, and to follow-thru
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
