Key Responsibilities:
Legal Compliance: Maintain a deep understanding of the Illinois Condominium Property Act, Common Interest Community Act, and local ordinances, as well as each Association's governing documents.
Financial Management: Process invoices, analyze financial statements, address delinquencies, manage cash flow, and draft annual budgets.
Property Oversight: Inspect properties, secure bids, negotiate contracts, and supervise maintenance, repair, and construction projects.
Board Collaboration: Prepare agendas, board packets, and facilitate quarterly board meetings.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, manage, and oversee building staff, both union and non-union.
Conflict Resolution: Investigate and resolve complaints, disturbances, and violations.
Effective Communication: Utilize your expertise to keep the Board of Directors informed and make recommendations regarding Association matters. Communicate clearly with the Board, internal departments, and external vendors.

Required Education and Experience:
- 1 years of property management experience (City of Chicago experience preferred)

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with regular hours from Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. While some evening meetings are required, we provide comp time to ensure work-life balance.
