What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maneuver Systems Course Chief/Analyst/Instructor - MISTC West (Contingent) position at First Division Consulting?
Contingent upon contract award.
First Division Consulting is hiring a Chief/Analyst/Instructor to provide expert instruction and analysis of Maneuver Systems, ensuring personnel are proficient in operational applications.
The contractor shall perform the following task(s):
- Develop and conduct Maneuver Systems training.
- Maintain and update training materials to reflect operational requirements.
- Assess trainee performance and provide mentorship.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance required.
- Expertise in Maneuver Systems and operational tactics.
- Proven instructional experience.
- Must be a US citizen.
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
- Light to moderate lifting may be required.
- Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.
