Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
keep the grounds clean, landscaped and well-maintained.
respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
assist in inspections to ensure property standards are met.
Qualifications
- 2 years experience in maintenance or related field
- strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- basic tools and a valid driver's license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
