Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for specialized roles within the dental field, including pediatric dentists, dental hygienists.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to create a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
