Response Restoration is looking to hire a Business Development Manager that is focused on commercial customers and will help grow our full-service cleaning and restoration company. Founded in 1991, First Response has been operating in the NY tri-state area for more than 30 years. With clients ranging from residential to commercial, First Response handles small to large projects with ease.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with prospects in a wide variety of industries, including insurance, property management and more, resulting in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building relationships while educating customers on First Response and the restoration industry
- Develop and execute sales plan with clear objectives and documenting your progress
- Participating in professional associations, hosting lunch-and-learns, and promoting continuing education (CE) courses
- Hosting and attending community events to represent and promote the brand
- Pursuing leads after hours when disaster strikes to offer relief and assistance
- Discuss benefits of emergency event preparation
- Monitoring and follow up on all assigned jobs, ensuring customer needs are met
- Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving sales territory goals
Qualifications:
- Some sales experience preferred, especially in the service sector
- Superior customer service skills, follow-through, independence and organization
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience is preferred, but not required

· $1,000,001-$2,000,000- 4%
· $2,000,001 5%

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
