As a Treasury Management Implementation Specialist II at First Western, you will play a vital role in helping high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals. You will work closely with our Commercial Treasury Management team to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations.

What You Will Do:
  • Facilitate set up of treasury management clients through implementation of client training and support of all Treasury Management products and services for new and existing clients
  • Serve as a primary point of contact with Profit Center associates during the commercial client onboarding and implementation phase, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand commercial client needs, assist in pre-sales activities, assist with generating proformas and contribute with recommendations during the proposal process for both potential and current commercial clients
  • Have strategic conversations with associates in order to exceed stated core deposit and fee income production goals by supporting Treasury Management team in revenue generating activities and sales support through periodic joint sales calls with sales team
  • Assist with providing comprehensive Treasury Management training sessions for internal teams on documentation, new and existing product features, onboarding, and the implementation process to ensure consistency and quality in service delivery
  • Develop and maintain ongoing product support material including detailed internal documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), user-friendly client product guides, and product marketing materials
  • Prepare and gather weekly, monthly and quarterly data for ACH and Remote Deposit Capture annual review reports, SLA metrics, credit card recourse reports, risk awareness tracking, and CRM WIN and pipeline reporting
  • Monitor TM CRM queue for new client onboarding requests
  • Assist the treasury management team in administering core products including acting as the subject matter expert for those products in client experience, online business portals, sales and RFP's, implementation, service, operations and risk & compliance, and product modeling for revenue forecasting
  • Collect feedback from clients and team members to identify areas of improvement and enhance future implementations
What You Bring:
  • Proficient in MS Office Tools: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Familiar with IBS Insight, Extended Account Analysis (XAA), and Baker Hill a plus
  • Detailed knowledge of business banking regulations and compliance as it relates to business banking operations
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams
  • Proficient in creating SOPs and training material
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Aptitude to learn documentation and risk requirements

Pay Range: $70,000 - $107,000/YR
