At FirstHealth Fitness Center we believe in empowering individuals to lead healthier lives. Our facility provides a comprehensive fitness and wellness experience, and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Director to lead our team and ensure top-notch service and operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of FirstHealth Fitness, Pinehurst.
• Supervise and lead managers of fitness, customer service, kids center, group exercise, housekeeping, and aquatics.
• Directly manage customer service associates, exercise supervisor, aquatics manager, and special services manager.
• Develop and manage social media strategies and membership promotions.
• Respond to customer complaints, comments, and suggestions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
  

Qualifications

• College degree required (significant experience in lieu of education accepted).
• Experience in supervising employees in the fitness field, retail business, or the resort & hotel industry.
• Proven social media management experience.
• Strong background in customer service.
