Job Description:

The Workday Analyst is responsible for supporting and optimizing Workday applications and processes within a higher education environment. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand institutional needs, configuring and maintaining Workday modules, and ensuring system functionality aligns with academic and administrative goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, and implement Workday solutions for HR, finance, student, or other administrative systems.
  • Collaborate with university departments to identify system requirements and process improvements.
  • Configure and maintain Workday modules, including creating custom reports, dashboards, and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring data accuracy and security.
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end-users.
  • Monitor and evaluate Workday updates to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Support compliance with higher education regulations and reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience implementing or managing Workday systems in a higher education setting.
  • Strong understanding of university business processes and policies.
  • Proficiency in Workday tools such as Workday Studio, EIBs, or Report Writer.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
