The Production Packer is responsible for proficiently packing bags into boxes as they are produced and ensuring quality standards are being met which meet/exceed customer expectations in a Safe, Cost Effective and Efficient manner. Collaborate with team members to provide efficient strategies on the production floor and provide innovative ways of bringing a positive and growing dynamic across the production floor.
What we contribute:
- $16 per hour with $2 shift differential
- 10-hour work shifts
- Days: Monday thru Thursday 8:10pm to 6:30am
- Overtime mandatory: Friday 6:30pm to 4:30am
- Additional increase in pay after completing training/certification program
- No weekends!

What you bring to the table:
- 1 years of experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
- Dedication to consistent attendance
- Ability and willingness to follow food safety and manufacturing protocols.
- Ability to understand English and perform basic math functions.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
