How You'll Succeed In This Role

As a Mover on our team, your primary responsibilities include:

• Safely Handling and Transporting Items: Protect customer belongings during packing, loading, and unloading to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition.
• Providing Outstanding Customer Service: Be the friendly, professional face of Fit 2 Move, confidently answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Working Efficiently: Complete moves on time without compromising on quality or safety.
• Collaborating with Your Team: Divide tasks effectively, communicate openly, and support your teammates to ensure every job runs smoothly.
• Keeping a Safety Conscious Mindset: You are responsible for maintaining and preparing equipment and solving on-the-spot challenges (like tricky staircases or tight parking.
