Fitness 19 is currently seeking HIGHLY MOTIVATED personal trainers to join our team in the KATY club. Experience is preferred but not required but must have or have a recognized personal training certification or be almost finished working towards becoming certified to be considered.

Trainer requirements are as follows:

*Passionate about fitness and coaching others while providing excellent customer service to PT clients, members, and guests
*Conduct fitness consultations and assessments to gain new PT clients
Knowledgeable in meal planning/nutrition
*Develop unique and individualized programs that ensure client safety, satisfaction, and enhancement of personal fitness goals
*Promotes and sells personal training programs and services to achieve established sales goals in the club and out in the community
*Possess the ability to sell and keep existing PT clients with the goal of building client base
Current CPR Certification or can obtain within 60 days of hiring
*Attends mandatory staff training classes and meetings
Is able to work a minimum of 20-40 hours week
*Business minded mentality
*Spanish is a plus but not required
*Assist with additional club responsibilities as needed
