POSITION:
Business Development Manager – Houston Texas based
EDUCATION:
- 4 year college Technical (Engineering, Industrial Distribution, ET) degree preferred
- Instrumentation fitting & valve training a plus
- Familiar with LEAN and ISO 9001 processes and procedures
- Life experience counts with FITOK Inc.
EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years MINIMUM Outsides sales.
- Strong knowledge in dealing with Distribution, OEM, Engineering, end users.
- Strong relationships with above customer designations
- Be proficient at technical presentations, training and product presentations
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively visit and manage Distribution and Representation organizations
- Actively visit End Users and OEMs
- Obtain specifications listing FITOK as preferred products
- Follow-up on all Sales Leads
- Follow-up and track all Projects and Quotations
- Perform Account Analysis for Territory performance and potentials
- Provide information on competitors and potential new products
- Actively support all FITOK Inc. sales programs
- Present product training and presentation programs to Distribution and end users
- TRAVEL 6 - 10 nights per month including attending and working trade shows.
- YOU MUST BE ABLE TO FLY.
- YOU MUST VISIT CUSTOMERS approximately 4 days a week.
- Posses an un-wavering dedication to Premier Customer Service and Support
- Be dedicated to Zero Defect process and procedures
COMPENSATION:
Salary, Bonus, Sales Quota payments, car allowance or mileage. We offer competitive compensation and benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Company Holidays, and more.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
