KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Efficient Production Oversight: Take charge of the production process, ensuring both efficiency and top-notch quality.
• Strategic Scheduling: Develop and execute production schedules that align with customer demands and optimize our operations.
• Productivity Enhancement: Continuously monitor production metrics and implement improvements to boost productivity and minimize waste.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
• Lean Principles: Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and enhance overall efficiency.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and work closely with the supply chain to ensure the availability of materials.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
• Operational Excellence: Lead continuous improvement initiatives that elevate operational performance.
• Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise production staff, guiding them toward achieving performance goals.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to uphold our product standards.

ABOUT YOU:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven track record as a Production Manager or in a similar role within a manufacturing setting.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MRP systems, production planning processes, and familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles.
• Analytical Acumen: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Supply Chain Expertise: Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for implementing effective solutions.
